LI Xianhua investigate the effect of dtiaery supplementation of chitosan oligosaccharide on growth performance of broilers by Meta-analysis，The papers of chitosan oligosaccharide on growth performance of broiler were reviewed from 2004 to 2021. The avreage daily gain (ADG)， average daily feed intake (ADFI) and feed conversion ratio (FCR) of briolers were analyzed by Stata13.1. 17 articles and 1369 randomized controlled trials were included in the Meta-analysis according to the screening criteria. The results showed that chitosan oligosaccharide improved ADG（WMD=1.11g/d，P<0.01），ADFI（WMD=0.07g/d，P>0.05）and reduced FCR（WMD=-0.98，P<0.01）of Broilers compared with the control group. Egger linear regression method was used to examine the publication bias and the sensitivity test was checked with the trim and fill method.
In conclusion，supplementation with appropriate dosage chitosan oligosaccharide in the diet can significantly increase ADG and decrease FCR in broilers.
