Amino-oligosaccharide is a new biological pesticide of plant stimulant. Potato nevus disease is a fungal soil-borne diseaseoctonia solani. This paper mainly explores the control effect of amino oligosaccharide on potato nevusoligosaccharide on potato nevus disease. A series of laboratory and field experiments are planned. The aim is to select one or more biological pesticides or "biochemical" biochemical "combinations which can effectively control potato nevus disease.
According to laboratory virulence test ,3% amino-oligosaccharide water agent and 250 g/l pyridamole suspension were the most effective in inhibiting mycelium growth.
The results showed that 3% amino-oligosaccharide water agent was mixed with 250 g/l pyridamole suspension agent, the dosage of furrow spray was 300 mg/l、2500mg/l, leaf surface spray was 18.75 mg/l、83.34mg/l,45 d emergence, the control effect was the best, the control effect was between 63.38% and 71.61%. Between 02% and 9.36%~22.11%. Therefore, it is recommended to use the biological pesticide ammonia-oligosaccharide and pyridamole compound to control potato nevus disease.
