Chitosan Oligosaccharide is a low-molecular-weight product made from chitosan as a raw material and degraded by biotechnology. It has the functions of improving plant disease resistance, improving photosynthesis, and improving yield and quality. Research by Hebei Agricultural Biotechnology Research Center found that foliar spraying of chitosan oligosaccharide can promote the growth of Chinese cabbage and increase yield. The research results provide theoretical basis and technical support for the application of chitosan oligosaccharides in agricultural production.
Using pot experiment method, the experiment has 5 treatments, treatments 1 to 4 chitosan oligosaccharide dosage is 5000, 10000, 15000, 20000 times respectively; treatment 5 is a blank control, spraying the same amount of water. Each treatment was repeated 3 times, starting to spray the pakchoi with 3 leaves and 1 heart stage, sprayed once a week, and sprayed 3 times during the growth period.
In addition, spraying chitosan oligosaccharide can significantly increase the fresh weight of pakchoi. Among them, 10000 and 15000 times liquid treatments can significantly increase the fresh weight of pakchoi, increasing by 25.7% and 33.1% respectively compared with the control; spraying oligochitosan has an effect on pakchoi The influence law of root fresh weight is consistent with the influence law on ground fresh weight. Treatments with 10000 and 15000 times liquid significantly increase the fresh root weight of Chinese cabbage, increasing by 47.7% and 51.3% respectively compared with the control.
The results showed that: Pakchoi sprayed with appropriate concentration of chitosan oligosaccharide (10,000 to 20,000 times liquid) showed good application effects, and spraying chitosan oligosaccharide with 15,000 times liquid had the best growth promotion effect.
