Agaro-oligosaccharide has a variety of biological activities, such as anti-virus, anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, immune enhancement, moisturizing and whitening, etc., so it can be widely used in the fields of medicines, health products, food additives, feed additives, and cosmetics.
Liu Fangfang et al. studied the anti-rot effect of Agaro-oligosaccharide on indoor and marine cultured Porphyra. In the experiment, healthy laver leaves were selected, and the leaves were treated with 50, 100, 200ug/mL Agaro-oligosaccharide to test the decay rate of laver leaves; the 30-day-old laver leaves in the sea area were selected for the net soaking experiment, in the subsequent first water On the harvest day of Porphyra chinensis (45 days old), the growth situation of Porphyra chinensis treated with the blank group was compared. The experimental results show (see Figures 1, 2, and 3) that using 100ug/mL Agaro-oligosaccharide to treat Porphyra haitanensis twice, 2 h each time and once every 2 d, can effectively induce the anti-rot effect of Porphyra haitanensis and promote the growth of Porphyra haitanensis. , Provide reference for the development of elicitor for healthy cultivation of Porphyra haitanensis.
